F-15-Retired, thank you for your post, extremely well described, we never thought it would come to using common sense instead of experts looking at the case from the proper prospective angle of attack. I am concerned, but not worried, I am not a legal minded person, I'll leave that to the VRNG'S attorneys. They have not put out a direct response to the Courts decision as yet, we'll see what that brings in the coming week. GLTA
