Dilution?
EFFI has a small share structure and moves very thin. How is there dilation? There has been any real high volume days or pumpy PRs. All because EFFI closes or moves down fast with a couple thousands share trades from impatient traders doesn't mean dilution. If we had high volume days with millions of shares trading and we go no where, but read, the I can suspect dilution.
