According to the 13g they filed there were some notes there to [pay off the debt.
I figure all the debt notes have been paid and the next two notes due are lat November then Start of the year.
I think we are close to the turn now on the shares sold at .004 and lower for the notes conversion.
Almost all the conversion was to clean the company of what the old directors did not deserve and that was a paycheck.
