To add onto my previous post, here's my perspective. I am a class away from getting my degree in accounting. & I can assure you that compiling fraudulent numbers is a lot harder than compiling the actual numbers.

Only an accountant would be smart enough to pull fraud off like you previously suggested about LATF. .. But only a fool would be willing to risk going to prison for a sub - penny stock. IMHO.
