Important Notice for American Green (ERBB) Shareholders and Prospective Shareholders

American Green (formerly Tranzbyte Corp) is a Nevada Corporation with of?ces in the Phoenix, AZ area whose stock is publicly traded in the over-the-counter (OTC) market under the symbol ERBB. The company is over fourteen years old and has just recently changed its name to American Green to re?ect its last two years of its focus in the legal cannabis market currently expanding in the United States and beyond.

It is the intention of management to remain a non-reporting company listed in ‘The Pink Sheets’ until such time as the company reports signi?cant sales in its various divisions and enterprises. It is within the corporation’s legal rights to elect this option.

However, it means you, the investor, will not be afforded public access to regular company audits and therefore you must solely rely on the company’s compiled quarterly ?nancials, press releases, news stories, and other publicly available information.

Not having access to audit details or other signi?cant reporting dynamics of fully reporting companies can put American Green (ERBB) shareholders at a signi?cant disadvantage from a risk standpoint. Due to American Green’s current legal, non-reporting status, your investment in American Green may carry with it an even higher degree of risk than that of other publicly-traded companies which are currently fully reporting.

Because American Green is a non-reporting company, management feels you need to understand these very important facts prior to making a decision to invest in the company’s shares, and you should also be totally aware that, like other publicly traded companies, you run the risk of losing your entire investment.

If you have any further questions regarding this notice or anything you may read on American Green’s website, we urge you to contact me or the company directly.

Thank you for giving us this moment of your time. Please click to acknowledge reading the above and to enter the American Green website.

Best regards,

Stephen Shearin, President & COO
American Green, Inc.
