SEC Form 10-12G will be filed shortly after the audit is complete. The 10-12G is very detailed & lengthy, over 380 pages for Bill Delgado's other company.
They have been preparing ahead of time on the form 10 what they can prior to audit completion, once filed it should post immediately to OTC Markets for all to view, how many Amendment Form 10-12G/A's must be submitted will ultimately determine when we will become fully SEC Reporting, if the original form is without errors we will be upgraded to fully reporting audited status within 2-4 weeks.
