Mr. Stephen Shearin has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of American Green, Inc. since June 2014 and served as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Shearin serves as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Caid Productions. He serves also as a Business Development Advisor at PeekYou. He also serves as the Project Manager of MW, LLC and manages its web team. He spearheads North American expansion for Vanksen, a leading Social Media/Viral Marketing company in Europe that has executed several successful campaigns in the US. He has over 15 years of Internet business experience and over 20 years of start-up experience. Prior to Vanksen, he served as Vice President of Sales at CPX Interactive Holdings LLC. After pioneering the first privately held Internet backbone and taking Martini Media Network public in 1996, he has had a hand in the production, management and sales of ecommerce sites, social media, video, and display advertising. He has managed companies ranging in size from 1 to 100 employees, including an underwater video business on St Thomas, an online bank, and one of the first privately held Internet backbones in the US. He was also the co-founder of Indiginet, Inc, founder and served as President of GetNet and sole proprietor of Aqua Vidiots underwater video. Mr. Shearin serves as a Member of Board of Advisors at PeekYou LLC and Martini Media Network, Inc. He served as Member of Advisory Board at ShortTail Media, Inc. Mr. Shearin graduated from Arizona State University with a Degree in sociology.
