Nobody was counting on that bill passing.

California is such a mess when it comes to regulation of the MMJ industry.

But when recreational gets passed in 2016, TRTC will have a foothold with Blum and their products will already be selling in hundreds of dispensaries in the state.

What TRTC is counting on to reduce the funding needed moving forward to finance their business plan is the selling of COVPs.

That will be the biggest factor in how much or how little money TRTC will need to fund their operations in 2015.
