I believe they backed off as to not take away all shareholder dignity into the weekend after such a rough week.
They have dumped harshly while constantly watching L2 to take out every nice bid above .01
Even last week we battled with VFIN from .012-.017 then Friday they stayed off the ask the entire day to let us recuperate after taking such a beating.
Without Ed giving them news to bring in more buyers VFIN is left doing what they can to leave current buyers with confidence & hope so they can quickly transfer shares to market.
