Snow I agree, dilution at this level is shareholder theft, what Solomon should be doing is figuring out anything and everything possible to enact a buyback which will have the exact opposite effect. Perhaps Olivia and Dan have convinced him of this and the upcoming loan program will include a carve out for this, let's hope so.
