In my experiences with buy outs, the stock price traded up to the buy out price as soon as the buy out was announced. But no one had any inkling of the details or any buy out beforehand. It was amazing how there was absolutely no leaks even though there were very savvy posters on the board
Probably not a good time to sell now, maybe buy if you want to in my opinion.
