don't be sorry, good info., but i already knew it, alot otc traders get all upset when they see an s-8, ya gotta read the thing first and digest exactly what is occuring, some folks probably dumped their shares at chart bottom because they just don't comprehend, the bottom is the bottom an s-8 for employee shares really doesn't matter, we want to play the chart bounce back to .03 area here
