Wow! Looks like Mr.Smith has been hard at work.Looks like the (SEC and FBI) still has a problem.Question! How could someone under investigation for Fraud in all of 2009,2010,2011,2012 and (HESG) shareholders hear about a judgment made for (Fraud) in 2013 against (Gaffney)? What! Thoughts? Something wrong with that picture.Thoughts? And did you know he (Gaffney) increased (HESG) (SS) in 2/2010.And then on top of that he go's to jail or is put on house arrest.Something like that.Can't remember what year that was? 2011,2012? Thoughts? And then comes along a Mr.Smith with no address nor current info and increase the a/s to 50B.With no info verified by the T/A? What! Looks like the (SEC and FBI, T/A,Finra let's not forget shorty.....hahaha! Has some big time explaining do with each and passing day (HESG) trades) what a stock.Btw! I wonder if that's the 500B plus (509,356,099 ) missing shorted shares that never showed up on Finra daily report in 2013? Thoughts? Hold onto those shares.(HESG)
