when you say 'this thing', you mean the otc/sec/vfin right?

this is a separate issue that is not specific or related to aclp directly

mms manipulation, cheating, rigging the game, loading the dice

not saying any of this to reflect badly on aclp

this is an otc issue and i would like to draw more attention to it
