I posted back in July when FLPC was trading in the .0040's that I saw .0020 - .0021 as a critical support level here.

So it may be the time to start accumulating, however the aggressive dilution has made me think that it won't hold, company seems to have no regard for share price.

so personally I am not bidding at these levels..
