If Verisign bought out m-Qube for $250 million (even though Motricity offered $340 million) that only represents 17% of the mobile marketing market share.
If Neomedia gets bought out, then the valuation should be astronomically higher considering they have a 45% market share of mobile internet enabling and a 50% market share of mobile marketing.
I would imagine that Neomedia could be bought out for almost $1 billion. Depending on the structure of the buyout,I wonder how us shareholders would be compensated.
