two reasons why HC is not visiting Jim Shaban anytime soon.

1) There's nothing to inspect in an empty shell of a building. They are agricultural storage barns and nothing more.

2) You must have municipal approval in order to be licensed. Why waste your time inspecting a site that has yet to meet local requirements?
