I emailed Ryan the other day to find out why Remo and Zimbler saw fit to allow Fresh Promise Food's Board of Directors make the financial decisions for AMEL, according to the yet to be amended def 14-c. Ryan replied with they didn't notice the mistake and are unaware of who Fresh Promise Food's are. He also blamed it on their lawyers.

I replied with the same thing I told Bud- I can correct that error through Microsoft Paint in less than 1 minute.

If they are going to run a scam company, it would at least serve them to review their own legal documents would it not? Wouldn't that be PROFESSIONAL Elyoc?

Oh yeah, I forgot I am supposed to be excited about the company and it's "progression", so GO AMEL!
