There are thousands of Users here who understand and abide by the rules day in and day out. The ones that end up here are the small percentage of people who disagree with the rules and/or can't distinguish between posting about Users and the company. The vast majority of Users come to iHub daily without any interaction from Admin or sanctions placed on their account.

The rules here aren't really that difficult when you boil it down to the core - post about the company (whether positive, neutral or negative) not other Users, not deletions, not Mods, not the rules here, etc. Post about the company and leave all the other junk out. It's that simple.
