Cuz Artemis doesn't have the 5 million reported income that now UNGS will have to generate.
So people understand that this won't happen overnight, and more than likely UNGS will need to create more warrants to keep the business afloat as they develop it, which will drive the OS higher and peeps scared for a potential following split.
