You are correct no sale will occur yet.Come November it may change if positive data comes out regarding ongoing trial.

As far as where the pps goes no one can say for sure they can only guess.Don't see alot of downside risk left.

I'm pissed off at management for not giving detailed shareholder answers.As far as everything else nothing has changed we got 3 ongoing trials.

No matter what ones says the ligation will not go to trial.It most likely will settle soon or on summary judgement in favor of Intellect imo without a doubt.

Tuesday was not hi judge what's going on at the court house hi is the wife and children.

Alot has went on we don't and want know about cause of the confidentially.We will never see the depositions of Cooper/Farrell imo.

My thinking they had to occur or will soon cause the judge is going to keep the ligation on a timely course imo.I expect to see new filings sooner then later.
