how long do insiders have to wait before selling shares, isn't it 90 days from date of issuance?

So we still have some time before a media campaign starts IMO. I'm the fool right below the bid at .0055 for 900,000 FYI. I might pull it soon. looks like it ain't getting filled. lovely market makers put the bid a tick above me, how quaint.
