The real problem yesterday is you jumped on the CEO (DUMPING) stock, without doing your DD. Had you done that you would realize that Abe was simply exerting he right to get paid for is past loan to sltd, AND establishing himself as a concerned (over 5% stock ownership) partner. Without Abe we would not have the value we (and you if you bought) have today. In other words you stepped in it.

The problem with the gene pool is that there is no lifeguard.
