TRTC is $24,000,000 in the hole. Anyone who is truly knowledgable in finance would tell you that TRTC is in incredibly bad condition. Savvy investors don't buy shares when it is well known that the stock will be diluted to oblivion. No one wants anything to do with TRTC, and anyone who is susceptible to being fooled into buying the stock already has and is sitting on a massive loss. There are no buyers left. Why would anyone EVER touch something in this condition?
