"Control Shares"? Nonsense, pure and simple...

First of all, "Sal" is not a "ControlLING Shareholder", by standard definition:

http://definitions.uslegal.com/c/controlling-shareholder/

Angel is again playing with words to mislead.

The subtext, of course, is that Angel "gave" these shares to Sal to dilute the value of RIGH shares in a pre-emptive action against BCAP's claim of 8 BILLION shares.

Crapola. Pure crapola.

If that was his only reason, why is he naming Sal as the Chairman of a newly-formed wholly-owned subsidary- GeniusBiotech? (Whose raison d'etre is murky at best).

But Sal is not a Controlling Shareholder because RIGH CEO Angel holds 3.5 MM Preferreds, convertible to 35 Billion common shares!

The fully diluted shares of RIGH are AT LEAST 65 BILLION!

And Sal is a money-lender who has been allowed in on RIGH's share-selling scheme to recoup his loan PLUS! Sheesh.

ARRGGHH! Where's that Mad Hatter?

“But I don’t want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can’t help that," said the Cat: "we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad."
"How do you know I’m mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, or you wouldn’t have come here.”

“Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”
