Thats the way a lot of big holders will do just that ACCUM for various reasons. My plan was similar but my huge investments in CANADA havent come to fruition just as yet. BUY NOW, i should be the happy owner of 30 to 50 mill shares in LBSR, so funnie what the EPA of Canada and the Courts can do to a portfolio on the down side. That was/is my reinvestment capital, not complaining, just trying to make BELLA feel better about his happenstance'es and to make the best of it for my part. When my Northern neighbors settle it all i yet plan to be an LBSR accumulator.
