Overall I don't get it.... With all the warrants, losing 1.09 EPS... In this boom time of Oil and natural gas a company like this should be rocketing up. In place of that they have fell over 5 years from 15 a share to 1. Only thing left now is a split.

They sure don't have any trouble doling out shares for performance based on WHATEVER... I do see an increase in production.
Mr. Carter has been in control for 2 years now and the PPS has not moved 1 penny... Cyclical movemnt, nothing more... What is their story, what are they doing, Where is the (WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE R GOING TO DO) ? I think it is just a job for these folks... Wish i could see more...
