It is very unlikely TRTC will get approval from Nevada to grow/distribute marijuana. There is an enormous amount of private competition, competitors without a shady past and a company on the verge of bankruptcy. Nevada officials are going to look at applicants with a high level of scrutiny and TRTC has more than a few skeletons in the closet. The financial health of TerraTech would put the state at risk and avoiding companies like TRTC is exactly what the state will do to mitigate that risk.

TRTC is a disaster from every angle.
