Doubt it at the end of the day they played by the rules and used the right words to be protected against things of that nature. I just think the focus and energy promised by them are not be delivered to share holders. They are not updating enough and as far as I'm concerned are not getting it done. I'm sticking around don't be confused but very annoyed with management and won't hold shares in this for extended periods of time. They have start delivering again on promises or they will continue to lose shareholder faith. Switching CEOs less than a year in to a new company doesn't sound like they are working on a vision it sounds like they are still thinking of a plan.
