Megas has been flagrently avoiding giving any sort of information to the shareholder AS A WHOLE...he has time enought and he is "allowed" to reply to emails w/ information why can't he inform the shareholder as a whole...Megas argues that "we are not shareholders" but certainly out of the millions of shares issued there still are "real" shareholders
that should be informed
