Fact 1they lied on their website regarding the par value of the stock being .001 when in FACT itis .00001, fact 2 they lied back in May about product all ready being shipped and will be in brick and mortar by June.Fact 3 they lied about relaxapro coming out in July. Fact 4 they lied about the share buy back. Now, give us the facts on things they have told the truth about.
