Somehow that does not seem plausible, but it is TEMN so... I'm giving it 2 weeks. If PPS is not better and issues are not resolved by then, I'm seeking the council of an lawyer. This could be class action in no time. Unbelievable.

The sell off today (Friday) is going to hurt. Back to trips. Can't believe it was another scam. Like 4 times now. At any rate this whole thing needs to be reported to the SEC....for multiple issues at this point.

AP better come out with some amazing PR or he's looking at jail time for fraud, I mean... It's in print. Forward looking statements or not, you can't just lie in your PR's or advertising. We could already sue for misrepresentation and false advertising due to that "TEMN is a Nasdaq company" BS in the magazine ad.

Well, I trust it won't come to all of that, but AP needs to stop being incompetent or at least appearing to be. This is all spectacular BS and hype and gossip and it's verging on illegality.
