The only thing that matters is the Market Cap. It is currently 4.4 million. Is the company worth 4.4 million?

Buy or sell based on that. All this dilution talk is overblown. On 6/25 when the shares traded at .0062, the market cap was 7.5 million.

I will be snapping them up down here. Keep up the criticism and, more importantly, thanks for the cheap shares.
