The sec has been shutting them down for how long now? What part is a scam? Shearing isn't here to ruin his name and make a quick buck. He is here because he has experience starting new companies. Look up his profile, he was one of the leaders in the .com boom. He has helped his past companies start and grow just Like he is doing at American Green. Pretty much I'm wondering how you KNOW so much about them being a scam or are you just guessing that nothing good is to come?
