Thank you for your loyalty and interest in Social Media Ventures. In response to your questions. The fillings will be submitted within the next 16 days. They were delayed due to personal reasons which will not be discussed. Given our recent strategic focus, we plan on moving forward in our business ventures in the near future. Our stock holders are of our primary concern; therefore it is in our best interest to reduce the number of shares in the market which would in turn benefit investors. With our renewed sense of focus that is bringing value to the company we also have other applications which may be valuable to consumers given a brand new rapidly growing market.
