My take is that we are going to have to take class action, here. The delays are beyond excusable regarding filing.
My guess is we are being cut out of any future with BCIT while we wait patiently for filing. And if BCIT ever trades as BCIT again, we will not participate. The SEC will not defend us, the brokers will not help us, Megas will not
help us, so we should have been the ones to take to court, months ago, instead of letting Megas reap settlements, we should have had settlements. (I do not see ONE benefit , thus far, in the Oklahoma court, for us. And we are the ones who put up the money for the fake shares. The original shareholders got diluted, and we got worse than diluted.
What I have been waiting for all these months is for the naked shorts to be really naked, indeed, once a finite share exchange was made and the filings brought up to date.
But it sure seems a road block is in the way, and a lot of monnied interests.

But I, for one, am ready for class action, if enough of us are willing to make it effective......
