bacon me and you can disagree all day long I'm gonna chose to give Tunks the benefit of the doubt for a couple reasons, one because his story aligns with a retroactive adjustment causing a delay, makes sense the new audit team identifies an instance on the 12 audit where corrective action needs to be taken in order to move forward and 13 cannot be issued before this takes place. i don't understand why you chose to discredit this belief when i'm telling you i heard it from the guys mouth.
