Interesting that the the FDA letter though directs them to the "drug labeling" guidelines. It was pre this recent court decision- so don't know about that?

Also, I'd need to research what exactly the hemacord product/process is and do they remove it and "manipulate" the cells outside the body in the "lab" environment?

Also, again, why is only ONE PRODUCT with "stem cell" anything in it approved to date? And why are nearly all public traded companies that have "made a go at" becoming pure "stem cell" plays all ended up as penny stocks? It's a big number that have sunk to the pinks/OTC and also already gone BK/vanished. So far, it's a lot of capital poured out, but not a single, major "blockbuster" or even a moderately selling product that I'm aware of?
