Yes, ScripsAmerica tried to break the contract just like $NEWL is trying to break the contract, and they will not be able to either!

The Federal case is to try to stop Ironridge from getting shares, but how is that going to happen now that the Superior court has already said they can't break the contract? It's a done deal on the Federal level as well... The next Federal court appearance for the ScripsAmerica case is Sept. 29, 2014, let's see if anything happens there...
