IT ABSOLUTELY IS!! It has changed my entire investing philosophy and style and my past 3 years of investing have been my best years ever (and I'm no kid).

Even though I still don't consider myself an "active trader" I find it much easier to plan trades and just book the trades in advance. This part does not take a lot of time or effort.

I went from making say 10-12 trades a year 3 years ago to making about 40-50 a year the past 3 and the results are irrefutable.

Trading with knowledge and a plan is the best type of investing. Period.
