OK, so WHO is going to pay about TEN TIMES the "going rate" for BHRT shares right now? The going rate for recent BHRT "financing deals", ones as recent as the latest 10-Q, the 10-Q before that and the end of 2013 10-K filing, is about ONE CENT per share (Asher, Daniel James, 4th Man, warrant deals, etc). So WHO is going to pony-up some $30 MILLION big ones and pay approx. 10X what some other guy just paid for his shares?
To raise $30 MILLION at about 1 cent is going be more like 3 BILLION shares, not 300 million.
No way IMO some "big money" finance house/person is going to overpay more than the terms they're handing out to any other firm/finance person? Why? Who would do that and for what reason?
