The way it will work out, nothing has changed in it, is MHTX shall be getting a minimum of 12.5 million dollars in royalty payments from the original contract signed with CRS over the course of 2015 to 2017. It will start out as smaller payments and increase in amounts with each year, (example: like say 2.1 mil first year, 4.2 mil second year, and 6.3 mil last year). MHTX is guaranteed this money no matter if they start producing MithralMax or not. This amount will also not be counted as a percentage of the revenue they will be making if they do start producing it. Not mentioning it in their latest Quarterly reports has no effect on the contract signed between them. Either way holding onto this stock will pay off big time down the road... :)
