Edible Garden: The 2 FL growers have yet to produce any product for Edible Garden. So, EG revs in Q2 are without any FL contribution. Just got off the phone with both and verified.

Exceeded guidance without FL revenues…priceless! Major retailers are in the works for FL!

FL MMJ: LOI with Florida Tuxedo Plants, is just that, an LOI. No major money going anywhere soon. LOI is simply an agreement to agree. Executable contract, however, are a whole new ballgame. And besides, FTP is one of 41 nurseries in the state that meet the minimum requirements for growing MMJ. They would still need to be selected, and as of now, by a lottery if there’s more than 1 grower for the region. They’ve divided the state into 5 regions.
