what do you think?
VNMC is trading at $2.60 per share, PHIL is owning 27 million shares of VNMC.
PHIL has 12.5 million OS and the current VNMC pps would value PHIL with $5.60 per share.
the problem is that PHIL is trading at only $0.40 per share.

is PHIL undervalued or VNMC overvalued?
