USPR BREAKS OUT TO DOLLAR LAND
This in my opinion is the talk of the board in the near future exactly hen, I don't know but its coming.

Today and forward for USPR is about new leadership, management and great opportunity. Don't care about the past because the old management is gone, gone and have no bearing on todays company.

When the results come in this stock will blow past previous highs and will see dollar ranges.
