Digging up old news from a 2011 law suit that the market knows about. PAL got its financing with all this stuff factored in.

Maybe you were a class member? Or even an employee of the trial attorneys? That would explain a lot.

"On June 24, 2014, the Company entered into a settlement agreement, subject to court approval, related to the potential class action lawsuit disclosed on September 2, 2011."
