I thought it was an easy process from my other websites I set up till I started doing a retail website. One item too add can take and hour and multi items are the same. There is much more then what you see at the surface. Before I can add one item like they are, I have to get a full page of info about it.
Give them time and we will do well. They will move this up over time.
