Which they are as stated the beneficial managers of etc. Its set up very smart to protect them and the company is what my lawyer buddy said. He has looked the whole company structure over as he also has bought shares in the company. He said its a very smart thing for them to do and assume Jaynes being a lawyer had it set up like this etc.
