There is a difference between picking it apart and listing the pros and cons. It appears as thou select people are only concerned with doing one or the other. When it should be both that are completed side by side to give an overall picture of the report.

Its like saying a team did 50 things wrong. Yet they did 150 things right. But if you only harp on the wrong you would never realize in comparison.
