Thank you for your reminder about the timing for the release of FLPC information.
Currently, CEO Nicolson and the Reno team are working steadfastly on numerous items that involve many parties, including our legal advisors. For example, as you know, we have reached an agreement with the SRL to become the controlling partner. However in order to finalize that agreement, all SRL shareholders must approve the final terms, which takes time. Accordingly, that time line dictates the evolution of a number of significant Company developments that we have ready and waiting---creating a situation where we are compelled to wait before publicly announcing news.
As soon as all parties and SEC regulations have been satisfied, public announcements will be forthcoming. We acknowledge that keeping the investment community informed is important, but daily operations and long term planning involve numerous processes that must be completed and properly reviewed before being publicized.
